Zermatt is car-free. You can arrive by train or park your car in Täsch. Our hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Upon request, we can arrange a taxi to pick you up or take you back to the station.

ARRIVAL BY CAR

If you arrive by car, you must park in Täsch. The road to Zermatt is only accessible with a special permit. You can find information about the public parking garage in Täsch at the following link. During peak season, we recommend reserving a parking space in advance.

TAXIS IN ZERMATT

If you prefer not to walk or have heavy luggage, we are happy to arrange an electric taxi to pick you up from the train station. The cost per ride is CHF 20, regardless of the number of passengers (max. 7 people), if we book the taxi for you. We work with the Bolero taxi company or, depending on availability, we can pick you up with our own electric vehicle.

CHECK-IN

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel. A room with a shower is available where you can freshen up. Our reception is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know. We will place your room key in our key safe and provide the necessary information.

CHECK-OUT

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 AM. If you want to explore Zermatt before leaving, you can store your luggage at the hotel. A room with a shower is available for freshening up.

BREAKFAST

Our breakfast buffet is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If you need to leave earlier, we are happy to prepare a packed lunch upon request.
